🤖 The choice(s), what I call the Fork 🔱in next few years — that will decide the fate of all of Humanity (Star Trek vs Mad Max futures) needs to be made Collectively in Collaboration by MORE people (not just by a handful of folks).
🤖 ;#AI does not need to be conscious to have goals and objectives;#AI might and will achieve those goals unethically, irresponsibly without#emotion– it’s the humans behind the algorithms!
I truly believe humanity 👶👧🧒 is at a fork 🔱a pivotal point 🛣️ that might exponentially increase the probability of vastly different, alternate futures & realities. These next 5-7years will decide humanity’s future 🦄 🌈 : StarTrek (Utopian) 🛸 or MadMax (Dystopian) 🪓
When not if#AGI and#ASI happens, it’s akin to the birth of a new species; and humanity is not ready. It’s ironic that we#Trust machines more than our fellow#humans.
There’s duality in#AI– we’ve to accept#AI’s infinite ♾️ potential to do good/bad. What’s worrying is that there’s only 1#AIEthicist like me for every 10#AIDevelopers in#BigTech chasing profits.
Trust by Design is when#TrustedAI =#ResponsibleAI +#EthicalAI +#TransparentAI = vital for both species, Humanity and#AI in a future post#AISingularity.
